We take care of your data seriously. Here, in plain terms, is what we collect and why.
Data we collect
The photo you upload, the generated result (numbered canvas and colour version), and, when you order, your order and delivery details (name, email, address, phone). If you link your gallery, your email is used as your gallery identifier.
Internal, anonymous, cookie-free audience measurement: pages viewed, time spent, approximate country and button clicks, with no tracking from one day to the next. Kept for 13 months.
Why we use it
Only to generate your canvas, process and deliver your order, let you play and find your digital canvases, and send related emails (confirmation, receipt, gallery code).
Retention period
A canvas's files are kept as long as the model is in your gallery. If you remove it from your gallery, the associated files are deleted. Order information is kept as long as needed for processing and our legal obligations (accounting).
Sharing and payment
Payment is handled by Stripe; we never store card data. Production is entrusted to our partner printers, who only receive what is needed to produce and ship. We never sell your data.
Your original photo is never shared with any third party. Our partner workshops only receive the files needed for production (numbered canvas, poster and colour sheet), never the photo itself.
Processors
- Stripe (payment): Ireland / United States.
- Partner production workshops in Europe: delivery name, address and phone number only.
- Website hosting and email delivery.
Retention periods
Previews never ordered: 30 days. Photo and production files of an order: 60 days after shipping, unless the canvas stays in “My canvases”. Orders and invoices: 10 years (accounting obligation). Canvases in “My canvases”: until you delete them.
Your rights (GDPR)
You can at any time request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent. Write to us and we reply as soon as possible.
